Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases and use of AssistQ. By purchasing a plan or using a paid AssistQ service, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Provider

AssistQ is operated by SonQAI Technologies, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Contact: assistq1@gmail.com.

2. Service

AssistQ provides lead-capture, lead-management, workflow, reporting and automation capabilities according to the plan selected. Features shown as “coming soon” are not part of the current paid service unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

3. Plans and pricing

The checkout page shows the plan, recurring subscription amount, setup charge and any optional charge before payment. Current public plan prices may change for future purchases. A price change does not retroactively alter an amount already paid. Any Foundation Offer applies only while legitimately available and only on the terms shown at checkout.

4. Starter trial

Where the Starter checkout states that a trial applies, the recurring Starter subscription begins after the stated trial period. One-time setup and separately selected implementation/landing-page charges are not part of the recurring trial unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.

5. Recurring billing and cancellation

Growth, Premium and any other subscription identified as recurring are billed at the interval displayed at checkout. You may request cancellation by emailing assistq1@gmail.com. We will not intentionally hide or make cancellation materially harder than signup. Cancellation stops future renewals after it becomes effective; treatment of amounts already paid is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

6. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and ensure you have the necessary rights and notices for personal data, content, messaging recipients, advertising claims and third-party systems you connect to AssistQ.

7. Third-party services

Some functions may depend on third-party services such as WhatsApp/Meta, Google products, property portals, payment processors or hosting providers. Their availability and rules can change independently of AssistQ. We do not control those third-party services.

8. No guaranteed business outcome

AssistQ is a workflow and software service. We do not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, conversions or any specific commercial result. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, traffic, sales process, market and third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual property

AssistQ branding, original website content, interfaces and software remain the property of their respective owner(s). You retain rights in content and business data that you lawfully provide. You must not upload material you do not have permission to use.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve or change the service. We aim to avoid materially reducing a paid service without reasonable notice where practical. Temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, infrastructure or third-party outages.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AssistQ is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the service or from third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension

We may restrict access for security, abuse, non-payment or unlawful use, while acting reasonably and subject to applicable consumer rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Parties should first contact us in good faith to resolve a dispute. Mandatory consumer rights and legally applicable jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
